Together, these longtime friends were looking for a creative outlet and decided to go into business together. With dreams of owning their own business, Emmy and Harriet discovered the “painting/wine party” concept in January 2010. It was love at first sight. Knowing that no such company yet existed in Raleigh, the ladies started doing their research and after many long days and longer nights, prepared their business plan and started to seek financial backing. Despite the economy, their equity partners believed in their concept and extended them the loan. The rest is history.
